Operational system - a complex of the programs providing interoperability of all hardware and program parts of a computer among themselves and interoperability of the user and a computer.
Structure of operational system:
The kernel - translates commands from language of programs on language of' machine codes », clear to a computer.
Drivers - the programs operating arrangements.
The interface - an envelope by means of which the user communicates with a computer.
The command processor (interpreter)
The structure of operational system includes the special program the command processor which requests of the user of a command and carries out them.
The user can give, for example, a command of performance any operation above files (copying, removal, renaming), a command of a conclusionof the document on press, etc.(et cetera)the Operational system should execute these commands.
Drivers
Various arrangements are connected to a highway of a computer (disk drives, the monitor, the keyboard, the mouse, the printer, etc.).
